Microsoft in Bed with AOL?

Microsoft has becomethe front-runner in the potential sale of a stake in America Online.

However, there appear to be a few potential snages. For one thing, Monday The New York Times reported that
there was concern tht this would be another risky partnership for Time Warner.

The company is also looking at whether a new partner at AOL could help Time Warner navigate the digital world.

While Microsoft approached AOL several months ago, any agreement could still be weeks away.
